Return & Exchange Policy

At Cars Offline, we take pride in curating premium apparel and accessories that reflect automotive passion and offline style. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final sale items, limited-edition drops, and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@carsoffline.com with the following:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

• Reason for return or details for the exchange

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Sorry, we do not offer traditional exchanges. Instead, you can initiate a return and create a new order.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
